Can I choose the color?

No. Each Pawflop arrives in one sunny color (pink, red, yellow or mint), picked at random, so we can't take color requests.

How big is it?

Approx. 17 × 8 cm (6.7 × 3.1 in), best for small and medium dogs.

Will it stop my dog chewing my shoes?

We can't promise that. It gives them a shoe-shaped toy of their own, and some owners find that helps. Keep it for supervised play.

Is it for heavy chewers?

No. Supervise play and replace the toy if it starts to fray.

US orders ship for $6.99, or free on orders of $75 or more. International orders ship for $10.99.

Will I pay import duties?

For US orders, import duties are included in our prices. UK orders include VAT at checkout. Other countries may charge local fees on delivery in some cases.

What if it arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a free replacement or a full refund. No need to send anything back.

Can I return it if my pet is not a fan?

Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, used chews and toys cannot be returned unless faulty.

Is it safe for my pet?

Please choose the right size, supervise play, and remove any item that becomes worn or damaged. Every pet plays differently, so check in on them, especially at first.
