How long will it last?

Loofah and jute are soft, natural materials, so a determined chewer will shred them, and that's part of the fun. Replace it once pieces start coming off.

What is silvervine?

Silvervine (matatabi) is a climbing plant from East Asia. Its dried sticks are a popular alternative to catnip, and many cats are drawn to the scent.

My cat ignores catnip. Will this work?

Every cat is different. Some cats that ignore catnip do react to silvervine, and some react to neither. Either way, Nibbleloof is still a donut or pizza slice to grab, bite and kick.

How big is it?

Each toy is approx. 11 × 11 cm (4.3 × 4.3 in), plus jute rope tails with silvervine sticks. Sizes are measured by hand, so please allow a small difference.

Can my pet eat it?

No. It's a toy, not a treat. Always supervise play, and replace the toy once it's worn, frayed or small pieces start to come loose.

Is it for dogs too?

Can I return it if my pet is not a fan?

Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, used chews and toys cannot be returned unless faulty.

Is it safe for my pet?

Please choose the right size, supervise play, and remove any item that becomes worn or damaged. Every pet plays differently, so check in on them, especially at first.
