Does it come assembled?

It arrives flat and goes together in a few minutes with no tools. It's soft felt, so it's light enough for some cats to flip over or nap on.

How big is it?

Approx. 11.8 in (30 cm) across and 3 in (7.5 cm) tall. The square version is 11.8 × 11.8 in.

Are the balls included?

Yes, the jingle balls come inside the track.

Is it okay to leave out?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a free replacement or a full refund. No need to send anything back.

Can I return it if my pet is not a fan?

Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, used chews and toys cannot be returned unless faulty.

Is it safe for my pet?

Please choose the right size, supervise play, and remove any item that becomes worn or damaged. Every pet plays differently, so check in on them, especially at first.
