How long does one stick last?

It depends on the dog. Gentle chewers can keep one for weeks, while strong chewers can wear one down in days. If you're between sizes, size up.

How should I store it?

Keep it dry between chews. If a stick gets wet, let it air-dry. Throw away any stick that cracks, splinters, gets small enough to swallow or shows any mold.

Which size should I get?

Pick by weight: S up to 22 lb, M 22–45 lb, L 45–65 lb, XL 65 lb and up. Always choose a stick larger than your dog's mouth, and size up if you're between sizes.

Can my dog eat it?

No. It's a wooden chew, not a treat. Supervise chewing and take the stick away if it splinters, cracks or gets small enough to swallow.

Is it good for heavy chewers?

Every dog chews differently. Start with supervised sessions, check the stick often, and replace it once it's worn down.

Why does mine look different from the photos?

It's natural wood, so each stick has its own shape, color and grain.

Will it arrive before Christmas?

For US delivery before Christmas, order by November 20. For the UK, Canada, Australia and other countries, order by November 15. Holiday shipping gets busy, so earlier is always safer. Every order ships with tracking, and we'll email you the tracking link as soon as it ships.

How long will my order take?

Can I return it if my pet is not a fan?

Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, used chews and toys cannot be returned unless faulty.

Is it safe for my pet?

Please choose the right size, supervise play, and remove any item that becomes worn or damaged. Every pet plays differently, so check in on them, especially at first.
